Our new president

As many of you know, Barack Obama is officially president of The United States Of America.
This is such an important date in history, and I'd like to thank everyone who voted because it really does make a difference. I was actually really worried about this...I figured John Mccain would have won because of how many prejudice people there are in this country. I really felt for Mccain after I heard his speech when the news that Obama won got out; he did a great job and hopefully he will set a good influence on republicans to bear with Obama and hopefully get a liking for him considering hes the change we need and our new president. I am overwhelemed with happiness and I am positive Obama will do a fantastic job at changing our nation.

Holidays

So I just can not WAIT for the holidays to get here (Thanksgiving,Christmas,Hanukkah, New years ect..). They always put me in such a jolly mood, as cheesy as that sounds. I've been listening to Frank Sinatra all day and he really is an amazing artist I just can't get over it ; Not to mention I was listening to "Let It Snow" and that's the reason I'm writing this blog,hah. I'm half Jewish and I haven't celebrated Hannukkah in the past 3 years so I hope can get around to doing that with my mother this year along with Christmas.Also, there's a new member to my family, Genevieve Carr;My new niece. My family is so huge, I love being hispanic it just makes the holidays so much more fun and festive. This blog is really pointless and I just felt like explaining what's going on right now. Oh, before I go ; I'm in the mood for a really hot boyfriend who appreciates writing and is in love with words just as much as I am. That would be nice.

Silver Lining

Distraught, distracted; deeply agitated. Mentally deranged; crazed. Looking past it all, I couldn't help but to think to myself that there is so much more beyond this. I'm waiting patiently for the day I pack and leave, never have I been so determined and passionate about any plan I've depicted. But in the mean time I just have to surpass this and continue to excel at everything I do best and my main priorities. May 2011,I can not wait for you to be here.
